Turn your backyard BBQ into a seaside feast with these White Magic Lobster Rolls! Featuring the bold flavors of Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning, Hi-West Tombstone Mesquite, and the tangy kick of Golden Rule Original White Sauce, this quick and easy recipe is packed with buttery lobster, grilled brioche, and fresh herbs. Perfect for summer gatherings—served hot off the grill or chilled to perfection.
Prepare the lobster tails: Deshell the tails with a pair of kitchen scissors. Cut the tails into medallions.
Season the lobster medallions first with a heavy sprinkle of Mis’ Rubin’s White Magic Seasoning, followed by a lighter sprinkle of Hi-West Tombstone Mesquite.
Add a stick of butter and minced garlic to the flattop or in a cast iron skillet. Place the lobster medallions on the flattop and grill for 3 minutes each side and remove from heat.
Grill the brioche rolls until they are golden brown.
Assemble the lobster rolls: Add Golden Rule Original White Sauce to the rolls then load with the lobster medallions. Garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, and lemon slices. Enjoy!
