LIMITATION ON Grill Masters Club LIABILITY
Grill Masters Club’s liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Grill Masters Club from Subscriber. Grill Masters Club will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by Grill Masters Club. Without limitation, Grill Masters Club shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a subscriber’s inability to use or any delay in accessing the Grill Masters Club website or any other source of material provided by Grill Masters Club; (3) any absence of material on the Grill Masters Club website; (4) Grill Masters Club’s failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material; or (6) the use by a subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. Grill Masters Club and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between Grill Masters Club and Subscriber. “No-risk” and “risk-free” refer solely to the subscription price refund policy.

ANY AND ALL MATERIAL PROVIDED BY Grill Masters Club IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND Grill Masters Club MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Not withstanding any other agreement or other communications between Grill Masters Club and Subscriber to the contrary, receipt or use of any material provided by Grill Masters Club, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgement by such person of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.
The Ultimate BBQ Experience™ from Grill Masters Club is an automatically-renewing SUBSCRIPTION product and, by default, ALL subscriptions automatically renew. This includes gift purchases.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you MUST log in to your account and cancel the subscription before it renews. The date on which your subscription automatically renews depends on the date on which you originally subscribed to The Ultimate BBQ Experience and the length of your prepaid subscription. If you subscribe to our monthly plan, you’ll be billed monthly. If you purchase a 3-month subscription, you’ll be billed every three months.
If you subscribe between the 1st-15th of the month, your subscription will renew on the 1st of the month. If you subscribe between the 16th-31st of the month, your subscription renews on the 15th of the month.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account here. After logging in, you have the ability to pause, cancel or extend any active subscriptions. Alternatively, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request. Please note that canceling prevents your subscription from automatically renewing on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Canceling your subscription does not initiate a refund. However, if you cancel and contact us before the box ships to request a refund, we are happy to accommodate. Please note that we cannot refund a box that has already shipped.
After canceling your subscription, any unshipped prepaid boxes from your initial subscription order will still be shipped. The moment you are charged for a subscription, at least one shipment is generated (the number of shipments depends on the subscription term you selected at checkout: A month-to-month subscription generates one shipment, a 3-month prepaid subscription = 3 shipments, 6-month = six shipments, 12-month = 12 shipments).
Example: You purchase a 3-month prepaid subscription on July 25th set to automatically renew*. You receive your first box within 72 hours, your second in August (shipping on August 24th) and your third in September (shipping September 24th).
After receiving your second box in August, you decide you do not want the subscription to renew and you log in to your Grill Masters Club account and cancel your subscription.
You still have one prepaid box to receive in September from your initial 3-month prepaid subscription order. When you cancel your subscription, you are canceling the next renewal (which would have renewed on October 15th, and shipped October 24th). When you receive your October box, your subscription will expire and you will no longer be charged unless you resubscribe in the future.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO refunds or returns on prepaid subscriptions of any kind, including 3-month prepaid subscriptions, 6-month prepaid subscriptions and 12-month prepaid subscriptions.
We cannot refund orders that have already shipped. At your request, we are happy to refund orders that have not yet been shipped.
Grill Masters Club Non-Subscription Products (also referred to as "one-time products" or “Pitmaster Classics”) carry a standing thirty day refund period from the date of purchase. If a physical product has been purchased and a refund is requested, the Member Support team will issue an RMA number. When customers receive an RMA number, they are required to return the contents in full.
Upon receipt of returned Non-Subscription Product, the Grill Masters Club Member Support team will process your refund within 7-10 days. A 10% restocking fee applies.
