Your gift recipient's first box ships within 72 hours. Subsequent boxes will ship on or around the 9th or 23rd of the following delivery period, depending which delivery frequency you select (bi-monthly or quarterly).

Subscription orders placed between the 1st to 15th of each month get placed in the batch that ships on the 9th; subscription orders received from the 16th – 31st of each month get placed in the batch that ships on the 23rd.

Boxes arrive at their destination 3-8 days after the tracking number was generated, usually sooner. Please note that boxes ship from our fulfillment center in Texas.

Once your box has been packed and assigned a shipping label, you’ll be notified via email when it ships. This will include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Yes. Gift subscriptions renew automatically after the last prepaid box, and the renewal is billed to you, the gift giver, not the recipient.

Option 1: Send a digital gift note

When you place your order, use the "Give as a Gift" button to add a digital gift note and choose exactly when it's delivered:

• Immediately — send it right after you check out
• On a scheduled date — perfect for lining up with a birthday, holiday, or special occasion
• When their order delivers — timed to arrive alongside their first box

This is the quickest way to make sure your recipient knows who their gift is from (and when to start watching the mailbox).

Option 2: Print-and-fold Gift Notification Card

You can also send them one of our digital or print-and-fold Gift Notification Cards!

If you purchase a gift subscription through GrillMastersClub.com, you (the gift giver) are in charge of letting the gift recipient know about your gift — so pick whichever option works best for you, whether that's a digital gift note or a printed card!

If you don't, boxes will be delivered to them without any information as to who gifted the subscription.

Example

It's Christmas Eve and you need a gift for the grill-lover in your life, so you purchase a Grill Masters Club subscription (awesome idea). Because it's 12/24, the first box of their subscription will ship within 72 hours, and you need something to wrap and give to your recipient the next day (on Christmas).

That's where the Gift Notification Card comes in -- you can print the card so they have something to open on Christmas, ahead of their first box arriving in January.
