PLEASE NOTE: There are NO refunds or returns on prepaid subscriptions of any kind, including 3-box prepaid subscriptions, 4-box prepaid subscriptions, 6-box prepaid subscriptions and 12-box prepaid subscriptions.
Canceling your subscription AFTER the most recent charge does not initiate a refund. You must cancel your subscription BEFORE it renews in order to prevent any future charges. However, if you cancel and contact us before the box ships on your renewal order to request a refund, we are happy to accommodate. Please note that we cannot refund a box that has already shipped.
Grill Masters Club Non-Subscription Products (also referred to as "one-time products" or products from our Pitmaster Shop) are returnable at the company's discretion. If a physical product has been purchased and a refund is requested, the Grill Masters Club Member Support team will evaluate the circumstances and will refund solely at their discretion. If a customer is provided return authorization, they are required to return the contents in full, and all shipping costs will be prepaid by the customer. Upon receipt of returned Non-Subscription Product, the Member Support team will process a refund within 7-10 days. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
