We love a good party wing! These crispy grilled Sweet Heat Wings are a game changer. Make these for your next cookout or for Wing Wednesday! They're easy, and delicious.
Ingredients

1/4 cup Sweet Heat Grill & Wing Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms
- 3 Tbsp Fat Boy Premium All Purpose Rub
- 2 Tbsp Moo Moo Magic Brisket Rub & Seasoning by Southbound Barbecue
- 3 lb Chicken Wing Sections
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp Oil of Choice
- 3 Tbsp Green Onion, minced
Directions
- Preheat Grill to 350 °F, medium high or until the charcoal is almost white.
- Prep the wings: Toss chicken wings in a large mixing bowl with 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Season lightly with a base layer of Moo Moo Magic Brisket Rub & Seasoning by Southbound Barbecue then season with Fat Boy Premium All Purpose Rub. Toss with 3 tbsp of cornstarch.
- Place wings on the grill for 25 minutes each side or until desired crispness.
- Place wings in a large bowl and toss with 1/4 cup Sweet Heat Grill & Wing Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
- Garnish with minced chives, and serve with additional sauce and ranch or bleu cheese. Enjoy!
