Ingredients
-
Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning
-
Horseradish Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms
-
Sure Shot Sid’s Original Gunpowder Seasoning
-
1 lb Large to Jumbo Shrimp (Whole Peeled & Deveined, Tail On or Off)
-
2-3 Sirloin Steaks
-
4 inch Bamboo Skewers
-
Olive or Avocado Oil
-
Parsley (for garnish)
-
Lemon, wedged
Directions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Prepare charcoal or preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
Slice sirloin steaks into 1 inch cubes.
Apply a light coat of oil to shrimp and steak. Then season the shrimp with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning and the steak with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning and Sure Shot Sid’s Original Gunpowder Seasoning.
Add shrimp and steak to skewers. We suggest alternating between the two, however you can do the shrimp and steak on separate skewers if you’d like.
On your grill at medium-high (around 350-375 °F), begin grilling the shrimp and steak skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove the shrimp and steak skewers from the grill and serve on a platter with Horseradish Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms, lemon wedges, and parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: If you prepare the skewers and let them sit in the fridge ahead of time, you do not need to soak them ahead of time.
