Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breast and/or
1 lb NY strip or sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces - 4-8 wooden skewers
- 1/2 cup Pow Pow Sauce-MarinadeΒ @lanesbbq
- 1/2 cup Meat Mitch Naked Bbq SauceΒ @meatmitchbbq
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic & Herbs SeasoningΒ @rainierfoods
- 1/2 Tbsp Remyβs Competition RubΒ @brocmarbbq
- 2 bell peppers, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Green onions (garnish)
Directions
Spray cold grate of grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat
Cut your meat into 11/2-inch cubes and add to the skewers
Use Lanesβs Pow Pow sauce as a marinade and season your chicken with the Brocmar seasoning and the steak with Remyβs seasoning
Grill 5 minutes per side, and start glazing at the third rotation with the Meat Mitch Bbq Sauce
Continue grilling 5 minutes each side while glazing, pull of the steak kabobs and continue cooking the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F
Plate and garnish with finely cut green onions
Recipe Note
Soak bamboo skewers in water at least 30 minutes before using.
