Ingredients

• 2 boneless chicken breast and/or
  1 lb NY strip or sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

• 4-8 wooden skewers
• 1/2 cup Pow Pow Sauce-Marinade @lanesbbq
• 1/2 cup Meat Mitch Naked Bbq Sauce @meatmitchbbq
• 1/2 Tbsp Garlic & Herbs Seasoning @rainierfoods
• 1/2 Tbsp Remy’s Competition Rub @brocmarbbq
• 2 bell peppers, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
• 1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
• Green onions (garnish)
