Ingredients

Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning

Sure Shot Sid’s Original Gunpowder Seasoning

Garlic, 4 Bulbs or 2 cups Cloves, Peeled

¼ Cup Oil
-
4 Tbsp (½ stick) Butter
-
2 Tbsp Rosemary, minced

2 Tbsp Thyme, minced
Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to 325°F.
In a cast iron or grill safe dish add garlic, oil butter, rosemary, thyme, Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning, and Sure Shot Sid’s Original Gunpowder Seasoning. If using whole bulbs just remove tops before adding to cast iron or grill safe dish.
Roast garlic for 45 minutes to an hour or until golden brown.
