Ingredients

Roasted Garlic Blend by The Spice Guy

Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam by Terrapin Ridge Farms

2 blocks Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 250 °F.
Combine 2 blocks of cold cream cheese into one large square. (You may want to wear gloves, this gets a little messy.) Place inside a small skillet or grill safe dish.
Season with 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar and 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Blend by The Spice Guy.
Score a crosshatch onto the cream cheese with a paring knife.
Smoke for 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Top with Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: Prep the cream cheese block ahead of time and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days prior to your holiday meal. Season and smoke!
