Ingredients

Smoked Sweetness Rub by Rainier Foods

Lane’s “Itsa Vinegar” Sauce

4 Russet Potatoes, Thinly Sliced (1/16th inch)

3 Cups Water

1 Quart Vegetable Oil
Directions
Preheat your smoker or grill to 220°F.
Add potato slices to a mixing bowl along with 4 Tbsp of Lane’s “Itsa Vinegar” Sauce and 3 cups water. Soak for at least 30 minutes.
Lay out potato slices on a baking sheet and smoke at 220F for 1 hour.
Prepare to fry. Heat 1 quart of vegetable oil in a dutch oven to 350°F.
Flash fry potato slices until golden brown and crispy.
Lay out on a baking sheet or paper towel and season all sides with Smoked Sweetness Rub by Rainer Foods.
