Ingredients
-
Sweet Heat Seasoning by The Spice Guy
-
Lane’s “Kinda Sweet” Sauce
-
2 Pork Tenderloins
-
1/2 Stick Butter
-
3 Sprigs Rosemary
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 225 °F using hickory wood.
Season pork tenderloins with Sweet Heat Seasoning by The Spice Guy.
Smoke at 225 °F for 45 minutes, until the tenderloins reach an internal temperature of 110 °F.
Remove the tenderloins and increase the grill temperature to somewhere around 375-450 °F on a burner on medium-high. Heat up a cast iron pan on the grill or burner and sear the pork tenderloins for 1 minute on each side. Lightly brush the tenderloins with Lane’s “Kinda Sweet” Sauce. Add 1/2 stick butter and rosemary to the cast iron skillet.
With a spoon, lightly baste the tenderloins with the butter mixture. Remove once the internal temperature reaches 140 °F or desired pork internal temperature.
Serve with a salad, starch, and or grilled veggies. Enjoy!
