Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Terrapin Ridge Tart Cherry, Apple and Rosemary Glaze
2 Tsp Miners Mix Prime Rib Rub
- 1 Cup Red Wine of Choice
- 2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
Turn stove top to medium or grill/smoker to 250°F
- Combine all ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to low and stir.
- Let cool and serve.
