Ingredients

Myron Mixon Hickory Sauce*
- 1.5 Pounds Ground Beef
- Half Onion, Diced
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Green pepper, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced

*Seasoning + sauce from our “Grills Gone Wild” BBQ Box
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 325 °F. Use pellets, charcoal or wood chunks of choice.
- Prepare the meatloaf. Combine 1.5 lbs ground beef, half an onion, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp minced green pepper, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 3 Tbsp Myron Mixon Hickory Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lane’s Signature Rub and Seasoning in a bowl. Make sure everything is evenly incorporated.
- Form into a small loaf shape and place in a grill safe dish or cast iron.
- In a smaller cast iron or grill safe sauce pan, add ¼ stick butter, and 1 Cup Myron Mixon Hickory Sauce. Place on your grill with the Meatloaf.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Baste Meatloaf with the sauce on the grill 2-3 times.
- Let cool and enjoy!
