Phyllo Dough Layered Leftover Thanksgiving Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Ole Ray's Blackberry Wine Barbeque & Cooking Sauce
- 8 sheets Phyllo Dough (14” x 9” size)
- 5 Tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 cups Chopped Turkey
- 2 cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Whole Cranberries (thawed)
- ½ tsp Smoked Salt
Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 350 ºF.
- Brush a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with some of the melted butter.
- Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough into a prepared pan; brush with melted butter.
- Layer with 7 additional phyllo sheets, brushing each layer.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the phyllo dough. Top mashed potatoes with whole cranberries and chopped turkey.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the phyllo dough begins to brown.
- Remove pan from heat top with smoked salt and Ole Ray's Blackberry Wine Barbeque & Cooking Sauce. Serve warm – and enjoy!
