Start by lightly seasoning the orange halves with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy.
Preheat the grill or smoker to 325 °F.
Grill orange slices for 15-20 minutes. This will enhance the flavor and bring out the juices in the oranges.
Juice oranges after cooling.
In a serving pitcher add the juice from the grilled oranges (should be 4-6 ounces), 2 cans seltzer, and minced peach puree. Add 8 ounces of silver tequila.
Stir and add ice.
