Ingredients

• Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy

• 2 Oranges, halved
• 2 Peaches, 1 sliced and 1 minced to puree
• 3 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
• 4 Tbsp Cane Sugar
• 9 oz Silver Tequila
• 2 cans Seltzer Water or Fresca
• Rosemary, for garnish

Directions

1. Start by lightly seasoning the orange halves with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy.
2. Preheat the grill or smoker to 325 °F.
3. Grill orange slices for 15-20 minutes. This will enhance the flavor and bring out the juices in the oranges.
4. Juice oranges after cooling.
5. In a serving pitcher add the juice from the grilled oranges (should be 4-6 ounces), 2 cans seltzer, and minced peach puree. Add 8 ounces of silver tequila.
6. Stir and add ice.
7. Rim glasses with Palisade Peach BBQ Rub by The Spice Guy and light brown sugar.
8. Pour Palomas into glasses, garnish with a slice of a fresh peach and rosemary. Enjoy!
