Our 5 Favorite Holiday Dips

1. Fried Pickle Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fennel & Thyme Dip Mix by the Sauce Goddess
  • Jackpot Carolina Gold by PS Seasoning
  • Livia's Salt Pepper Garlic
  • 2 blocks Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Pickles in juice, chopped
  • 8-10 Pickle Slices
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350 °F.
  2. Combine 2 blocks of room temperature cream cheese, 2 cups of sour cream, ½ cup chopped pickles, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 tsp Salt Pepper Garlic by Livias, 1 tbsp Jackpot by PS Seasoning and 3 tbsp Fennel &  Thyme Dip Mix by the Sauce Goddess into a grill safe cast iron or casserole dish. Mix thoroughly. 
  3. Top with pickles slices and border with panko bread crumbs.
  4. Bake on your grill for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. 
  5. Serve with crackers or toast points and enjoy!

2. Hot Pepper Bacon Smoked Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • Hot Pepper Bacon Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms
  • Citrus Cajun Rub by The Spice Guy
  • 2 blocks Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225 °F.
  2. Combine 2 blocks of coldcream cheese into one large square. (You may want to wear gloves, this gets a little messy.) Place inside a small skillet or grill safe dish.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp brown sugar with 1 tsp Citrus Cajun by The Spice Guy..
  4. Season the cream cheese with the mixture.
  5. Score a crosshatch onto the cream cheese with a paring knife.
  6. Smoke for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool.
  8. Top with Hot Pepper Bacon Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms.
  9. Serve with crackers and enjoy!

3. Fennel and Thyme Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fennel &  Thyme Dip Mix by Sauce Goddess
  • 3 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Chopped

Instructions

  1. No cooking needed!
  2. Combine 3 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp fresh dill and 3 tbsp Fennel & Thyme Dip Mix by Sauce Goddess and mix thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh dill.
  4. Serve this cool dip with a veggie platter and wow your guests!

4. Cajun Beer Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • Jackpot Carolina Gold by PS Seasoning
  • Citrus Cajun by The Spice Guy
  • 1 Block Cream Cheese
  • 1 Block Velveeta
  • 1 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 Lager

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 375 °F.
  2. In a grill safe dish add the cubed cream cheese and Velveeta, followed by the shredded pepper jack. Pour about half a can of beer over the cheese.
  3. Season with 1 tbsp Citrus Cajun by The Spice Guy and drizzle about 2 tbsp Jackpot Carolina Gold by PS Seasoning.
  4. Bake on your grill for 25-30 minutes or until completely melted. Mix about every 5 minutes once the cheese begins to melt.
  5. Serve with pretzels or toast points and enjoy!

5. Jackpot Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Citrus Cajun Rub by The Spice Guy
  • Jackpot Carolina Gold by PS Seasoning
  • Livia's Salt Pepper Garlic
  • 2 Blocks Cream Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Chives, Minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 375 °F.
  2. In a grill safe dish add the shredded chicken cubed cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and cubed butter. Season with 1 tsp Citrus Cajun Rub by The Spice Guy, and 1 tsp Livia's Salt Pepper Garlic. Pour about 3 tbsp of Jackpot by PS Seasoning over the top followed by 3-4 tbsp of your favorite hot sauce. (Extra points for using The Wing Man Buffalo Sauce by the Spice Guy from our "Tailgate Takeover" box).
  3. Bake on your grill for 25-30 minutes or until completely melted. Mix about every 5 minutes once the cheese begins to melt. Let brown on top and garnish with minced chives.
  4. Serve tortilla or toast points and enjoy!
