Mix the ground beef with 2 Tbsp Melinda’s Jalapeno Ranch, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 2 Tbsp Golden Rule Original BBQ Rub, 1 cup chopped onion and 1 cup green peppers in a bowl.
Form into 8-10 patties. Put the patties on the grill.
As the burgers near desired doneness, add cheese, 2 fully cooked bacon slices, and sliced jalapenos to each patty.
Serve on toasted brioche bun with more Melinda’s Jalapeno Ranch and enjoy!
