How To Make Magnificent Pork Mustard Ribs

Mustard Ribs

This recipe works best with fatty pork ribs.

Serves:  5


1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup molasses

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp dried garlic

2 cups prepared mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

2 racks of pork spare ribs


Whisk together all ingredients except barbecue sauce and ribs in a large stainless steel mixing bowl.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Thoroughly rub ribs with sauce mixture.

Cover and cook for 3 hours over indirect heat.

Baste with more sauce, then cover and cook for 1 hour more.
