Grilled Garlic and Herb Corn with BBQ Zucchini

Ingredients
- 3 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 ¼ teaspoons Rainier Foods Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 4 ears corn, husk and silk removed
- 4 zucchini cut 1/2 inch “sticks”, 8 each
- 4 Tablespoons Meat Mitch Naked Sauce
Directions
Heat grill to medium high heat at 375°F.
Combine softened butter and Rainier Foods Garlic & Herb Seasoning in a bowl to form a paste. Rub paste evenly on each ear of corn and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
Place corn on the preheated grill for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, brush Mitch Naked Sauce on cut side of zucchini sticks.
Last 10 minutes place zucchini on grill and cook until charred on all sides and just beginning to soften, about 5 minutes per side.
- 4. Remove corn from the grill and carefully open each packet. Once cooled cut kernels from the cobs. Top with zucchini.
