Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 green bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 red bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bundle of mushroom caps
-
¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup of Meat Mitch Naked Sauce
- ½ TBSP Rainer Garlic & Herb Rub
- Wood or Metal Skewers
Directions
- Start with placing cubed chicken into a bowl and coating with Meat Mitch sauce. Cover and place in the fridge for one hour.
- Place all vegetables in a bowl and coat with olive oil. Put in the Rainer Garlic & Herb Rub and mix well making sure all vegetables are seasoned.
Get your grill going at 350°F. Thread up the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers. Place directly on your grill grates and cook 7-10 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through. Pull, let rest for minutes, and ENJOY!
Recipe Note
PRO-TIP: if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will keep them from catching fire during the cook.
