Grilled Beef Ribs

Directions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rinse and dry ribs before seasoning them. Make sure they are completely dry.
3. Cover the ribs in All Purpose Rub Mild by Loubier Gourmet, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Cook ribs directly over the fire (both sides) for the first 6 minutes, then let them cook in indirect heat for 40 minutes (cooking in indirect heat means the ribs are not directly over the fire, but off to the side where there is no fire underneath them – keep the grill lid closed, too).
5. Finish them off by charring both sides over the fire for 5 minutes. Rest the ribs outside the grill for 10 minutes.
6. Pour the desired amount of Oh My Garlic! Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces over the ribs and enjoy!
