Ingredients

1 pouch Bobby T’s Perfect Pizza Sauce
-
Bobby T’s Perfect Pizza Seasoning
-
Bobby T’s Lemon Garlic Butter seasoning
-
4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
-
Shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
-
Grated Parmesan cheese
-
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a skillet, flat top grill or open flame grill, set to medium high heat (approx. 325F).
Remove any unwanted heavy fat from chicken thighs.
Lightly coat chicken with olive oil then dust with Bobby T’s Lemon Garlic Butter Seasoning.
Cook the chicken on both sides browning it until you reach an internal temperature of 180F.
Remove grilled chicken from grill or skillet and place into a baking pan.
Top chicken with Bobby T’s perfect Pizza Sauce, then shredded mozzarella and cover. Bake for 10 minutes in oven or back on grill at 325F until cheese has melted.
Top each piece with grated parmesan and a dash of Bobby T’s Perfect Pizza Seasoning and serve.
