Coffee BBQ Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces

3 lb Ground Beef
-
3 White Onions, thinly sliced

6 Brioche Rolls

1 Tbsp Apple Moonshine BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors

1 tsp Smash That Burger Seasoning by The Flat Top King
-
1/4 cup Mayo
-
2 Tbsp Ketchup
-
1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
Burger Sauce Ingredients (Simply Combine & Enjoy)
Directions
Preheat the griddle to medium high.
In a large bowl, add 3 lb ground beef, 2 Tbsp Torchbearers Coffee BBQ Sauce and 2 Tbsp Smash That Burger Seasoning by The Flat Top King. Form about 3 x 3 inch meatballs.
Place meat balls on the griddle surface. Cover each ball in sliced onion lightly season with Smash That Burger Seasoning by The Flat Top King.
After about 2-3 minutes, using a small cast iron or burger smasher with parchment paper, press down on each ball, flattening them out completely.
Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes (until the edges are crispy).
Flip burgers and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add Cheese and stack burgers to make doubles. Cut the heat and toast buns on the griddle.
Prepare burger sauce and toppings of choice. Load up your burgers and enjoy!
