Classic Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich

The Perfect Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ryan smoked this pork low and slow on his @brocmarbbq Cletus 3.0 at 240° until it hit an internal temperature of 170° over Oregon White Oak. Spritzed every hour with root beer to give it a fun and delicious flavor.
The pork was wrapped in foil and finished off until it hit an IT(Internal Temp) of 207°.
For the coleslaw, in a bowl, he added:
- Tri-color slaw mix
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Coarse Black Pepper to taste
Toast your bun, add the slaw and pulled pork and dig in!
This pulled pork sandwich hits all the right notes if you are craving bbq. Sweet barbecue sauce, homemade slaw, and perfectly smoked pulled pork. Pulled pork sandwiches are meant to be messy so be prepared to not put it down once you pick it up!
