Prep all of your vegetables, peppers and herbs, by slicing and dicing them according to the recipe.
In a large bowl, add 3/4 of the green cabbage (we add the rest at the end). Followed by red onion, green onion, cilantro, and diced chipotle pepper.
Fold in 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar and 1 Tbsp lime juice, followed by 1 tsp of both Sucklebusters 1836 Beef Rub and Honey Chipotle by Red Beard Seasonings.
Drizzle about 2 tbsp of Chipotle Aioli Garnishing Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms and 1 tbsp Mike's Original Southern BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors.
Now for the fun part, using a zester or cheese grater, grate 1 frozen chipotle pepper to the slaw. Fold in remaining cabbage.
Garnish with Chipotle Aioli Garnishing Squeeze by Terrapin Ridge Farms and cilantro.

Pro Tip: Use this slaw for sandwiches or wraps! It would make a mean steak sandwich or lobster roll.
