Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy
- 4 Tbsp Blonde Beard’s Black Magic Buffalo Sauce
- Chile Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms
- 2 Tbsp Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning
- 1 lb Medium-Large Raw Shrimp (deveined, tail off)
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Lime (quarted)
- 4 cups Frying Oil (or use air fryer)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons Blonde Beard’s Black Magic Buffalo Sauce, 1 tablespoon Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, and 1 tablespoon Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy. Mix together and add the raw shrimp.
- In a separate bowl, add cornstarch, panko bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, and 1 tablespoon Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy.
- Dip and shake each individual shrimp into dry batter. Repeat once for extra crispy shrimp.
- Shallow fry the shrimp in a deep cast iron skillet over an open flame on the grill or on a stovetop at 350 °F for 5 minutes (until golden brown). You can also use your airfryer at 450 °F for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side).
- Place on a baking rack to dry, then toss in a splash of Blonde Beard’s Black Magic Buffalo Sauce. Add to the serving plate.
- Garnish with a drizzle of both Chile Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms and Blonde Beard’s Black Magic Buffalo Sauce. Sprinkle Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, cilantro and add lime quarters. Enjoy!
