Ingredients

Croix Valley Cran-B-Cue™ BBQ Sauce

Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam by Terrapin Ridge Farms

2 lb Fresh Cranberries

2 cups Fresh Blueberries

3 cups Dark Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Bourbon
-
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground

1 tsp Nutmeg, ground

1 Tbsp Zest from an Orange
Directions
Preheat Smoker to 325 °F, using hickory wood
Add 2 lb of cranberries and 4 cups of water to a dutch oven on your smoker.
Cook cranberries for 30 minutes or until the cranberries “pop”.
Add 2 cups fresh blueberries, 3 cups dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup Croix Valley Cran-B-Cue™ BBQ Sauce, 2 Tbsp Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam by Terrapin Ridge Farms, 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, and 1 tbsp orange zest to the dutch oven and stir.
Cook for an additional 2 hours.
Let cool & serve.
