Ingredients

Perfect Turkey by The Spice Guy

French Toast Blend by the Spice Guy

5 Cups Cubed Sourdough Bread

5 Cups Cubed Brioche Bread or Hawaiian Rolls

1 White Onion, Chopped
-
1 Cup Chopped Celery
-
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
-
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

4 Eggs
-
3 Cups Chicken Broth
-
1 Stick Butter
-
1 tsp Rosemary, minced
-
1 tsp Sage, minced

1 tsp Thyme, minced
Directions
Start by preheating your grill or smoker to 275 °F using hickory, oak, mesquite or a blend of pellets.
Arrange cubed bread on a grill safe baking sheet or skillet and season with Perfect Turkey Seasoning by The Spice Guy. Place in your grill or smoker at 275 °F and toast for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
In a pan on the stove on medium heat melt 1 stick of butter followed by the chopped onion, garlic, celery, carrots and minced herbs. Cook until browned. Season with Perfect Turkey Seasoning by The Spice Guy and French Toast Blend by the Spice Guy. Cut the heat and let cool. Once cool, whisk in 4 eggs.
Pour the mixture over the toasted bread and spread out on a baking sheet or skillet.
Place back in the smoker at 275 °F for 1 hour.
Remove and serve with any of our turkey recipes.
