3 Tbsp Fat Boy Cajun Rub
2 ½ lb Red and White Creamer Potatoes
5 cloves Garlic (pressed)
½ cup Sour Cream
¾ cup Heavy Cream
½ stick Salted Butter
Salt/Pepper to Taste

Directions

Quarter potatoes and add to a large pot with boiling salted water. Ensure water level covers potatoes in pot. Boil potatoes until soft, drain, and add to a large bowl or stand mixer.
Add butter, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic, and Fat Boy Cajun Rub. Mix or mash until well blended, but still chunky.
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!

Recipe Note

Pro Tip: Adjust the chunkiness or smoothness of the potatoes by adding 1 Tbsp of whole milk to the blend depending on the consistency you are trying to achieve.
