Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning
Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning
2 lb Thick Cut Bacon, Chopped
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Shallot, Diced
1 Tbsp Rosemary, Minced
1 oz Bourbon
Start by preheating your smoker or grill to 325°F.
In a medium sized skillet add chopped bacon, rosemary and diced shallot. Season with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning.
Place on your smoker and cook until bacon starts to become crispy.
Reduce heat to 250°F.
Add Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning, brown sugar, Maple Bourbon Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning and bourbon.
Place on your smoker or grill for another 30 minutes.
Let cool & thicken. Serve warm or at room temperature.
