Directions

Preheat your grill or flat top to medium heat.
Season the cod filets with Sweet Heat Seasoning by The Spice Guy.
Prepare the slaw for the tacos: Combine onion, cabbage, jalapeno, pineapple, 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp Sweet Heat Seasoning by The Spice Guy and 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce. Store in the fridge while cooking the fish.
Spray the cooking surface with cooking oil. Place the fish filets on the grill or flat top and grill fish for 3 minutes each side.
Grill the tortillas until they are crispy, yet bendable (for extra flavor on the tortillas, spray tortillas with cooking oil and sprinkle Sweet Heat Seasoning by The Spice Guy on them, then grill seasoning-side down to crisp them).
Assemble the tacos: Add slaw mix to the bottom, and half of a filet to each taco. Garnish with additional cilantro and lime.
Dip tacos into a side of Lane’s “Sorta White” Sauce and enjoy!
