Roasted Chicken Thighs Recipe

Directions

1. Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken thighs to a food safe container. Pour about 2 Tbsp of Lane’s ‘Lil Spicy Sauce over the chicken and mix. Season chicken with Sweet Orange Habanero Seasoning Blend by Fusion Flavors. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.

2. Preheat the grill to medium-high or 375 °F. If using your smoker, use hickory wood.

3. Place the chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet. Leave about 1 inch in between the chicken thighs to avoid overcrowding the pan. Add the thinly sliced garlic and shallot. Pour the melted butter over the chicken thighs. Add an extra layer of Sweet Orange Habanero Seasoning Blend by Fusion Flavors to the chicken thighs and place the orange slices in between the chicken thighs.

4. Place the cast iron skillet inside your grill over indirect heat or in your smoker and roast at 375 °F for 45 minutes.

5. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
