Ingredients
-
Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy
-
Candied Jalapeno Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning
-
2 Tbsp Coarse Salt
-
4-6 Limes, halved
-
3 oz Simple Syrup
-
2 Jalapenos
-
2 oz Orange Juice
-
6 oz Gold Tequila
-
3 oz Triple Sec
-
3 oz Grand Marnier (optional for floater)
Directions
Start by seasoning the lime halves and jalapenos with Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy and smoke them at 275 F for 20-25 minutes. This will enhance the flavor and bring out the juices.
Juice limes after cooling.
In a serving pitcher add the juice from the smoked limes (should be 4-6 ounces), 1 teaspoon of Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy, 1 minced jalapeno, 4 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces orange juice, 6 ounces gold tequila, 3 ounces triple sec, and 3 ounces Grand Marnier (optional for floater).
Stir thoroughly and add ice.
Rim Margarita glasses with Candied Jalapeno Wing Sauce by PS Seasoning and a mixture of Midnight Toker by The Spice Guy and Salt.
Pour margarita into glasses, garnish with a thin slice of smoked lime and enjoy!
