Voodoo Cajun Rub by The Spice Guy is the right amount of spice and the right amount of mind control.

Voodoo Cajun has become an OG in American kitchens thanks to chefs like Paul Prudhomme and Emeril. (Legal says we have to keep our thoughts to ourselves about those dudes). Anthony Bourdain did a nice job of telling how we might feel here. Nonetheless, they have done the American cooking population some good deeds, one of them being Creole cooking.

This sh*t makes great chicken sandwiches, alligator po-boys, Cajun shrimp and it's obviously an excellent topper for burgers and French fries. Get you SOME.
