How to Use: Full Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water.
  2. Mix well until dough is smooth and elastic. Knead for 10 minutes by hand or 8 minutes in a stand mixer with dough hook.
  3. Form into 2 identical dough balls, place in a covered bowl, and let rise for 2–4 hours at room temperature.
  4. On a floured surface, roll dough into two 13–14” circles.
  5. Slide dough directly onto hot grill grates. Cook until the top is bubbling. Rotate as needed.
  6. Remove from grill, flip the crust over, add toppings to grilled side, and place back on the grill. Cook until melty and bubbly.
