Warm Grilled Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 medium white onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 green apple, 1 ½ cups chopped, skin on

3 Tbsp maple syrup

3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

3 Tsp Remy’s Competition Rub
- 1 medium head red cabbage, approx. 2lbs, shredded
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- Heat grill to medium high heat at 375°. Pour olive oil into a grill pan and sauté onion for 2 minutes.
Add chopped apples, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and Remy’s Competition Rub into the grill pan and stir until mixed.
Reduce heat to low at 300°F. Add red cabbage to the grill pan, cooking for 15 minutes or until cabbage is wilted and lightly tender.
Remove from heat and add parsley. Enjoy warm

Slaw will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the refigerator
