2 Tbsp Mis’ Rubin’s Fish Magic Seasoning
1/3 Cup Everyday Black Garlic Teriyaki by Saucy Rascals
Prep the Salmon: Drizzle fillets with olive oil and coat evenly with Mis’ Rubin’s Fish Magic Seasoning. Set aside while grill or smoker preheats.
Cook the salmon using your preferred method:
Grill: Grill fillets over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, flipping once, until reaching an internal temperature around 135-140. Brush with Everyday Black Garlic Teriyaki Sauce in final 4-5 minutes to glaze.
Smoker: Smoke fillets at 250–275°F for 25–30 minutes until salmon flakes easily (around 135-140°F). Brush with Everyday Black Garlic Teriyaki Sauce in final 5-10 minutes.
Grill the buns: Lightly your butter buns and grill cut side down for 1–2 minutes until golden.
