Teriyaki Glazed Pork Roast

Directions

1. Rub the oil over the pork, then coat it evenly with Remy’s Competition Rub by Brocmar Smokehouse. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
2. Prepare your grill for indirect-heat cooking.
3. Place the pork on the grill rack so it is not directly over the fire.
4. Cook for 40-50 minutes brushing with the Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce every 10 minutes and turning once or twice, until reaching an internal temperature of 150 °F.
5. Transfer to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for 6-10 minutes.
6. Snip the strings and cut into thin slices.
7. Arrange on a warmed platter, topped with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
8. Serve with a side bowl of Lane’s “Pow Pow” Sauce and enjoy!
