Ingredients
Sucklebusters 1836 Beef Rub
Mike's Original Southern BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors
Prepare the tails: Deshell the tails with a pair of kitchen scissors, by cutting down the middle and pulling the tail on top of the lobster shell.
Season the lobster with Sucklebusters 1836 Beef Rub.
Add a stick of butter, 1 tsp Sucklebusters 1836 Beef Rub and 2 Tbsp Mike's Original Southern BBQ Sauce by Southern City Flavors to a small cast iron or sauce pan. Place the lobster on the Ready 2 Grill™ Pre-soaked Cedar Planks by Jaccard and place on the grill, along with the butter mixture. Baste the tails around every 2 minutes and cook the tails until 145 °F internal temperature.
Recipe Note
Pro Tips: Cut the lobster into chunks and add it to a butter brioche roll with the featured Chipotle Slaw recipe and you've got yourself an amazing lobster roll!
