Colorado Campfire by The Spice Guy
Lane’s ‘Lil Spicy Sauce
Mis' Rubin's Magic Steak Marinade
Everything Aioli Squeeze Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms
2 lb Ground Beef
American Cheese Slices
16 Brioche Slider Rolls
Pickles
1 Onion, diced
Ketchup

Burger Sauce

3 Tbsp Everything Aioli Squeeze Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms
1 Tbsp Lane’s ‘Lil Spicy Sauce
1 tsp Colorado Campfire by The Spice Guy
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Pickle Juice

Directions

On your stove or grill heat a skillet to medium high heat.
Mix the burger sauce together and set aside.
In a large bowl add 2 pounds of ground beef and 1 diced onion. Season with Colorado Campfire by The Spice Guy.
Cook until brown, cut the heat and add burger sauce.
Preheat your grill or smoker to 325 °F.
Add the bottom of the brioche buns to a sheet pan and toast until brown.
Add the hamburger mix, followed by a layer of cheese slices and pickles.
Add the top buns and cook until the cheese has melted.
Butter the buns, let cool, and serve!
