Prepare the ribs: Remove membrane on the bone side, and any loose pieces of fat.
Apply a small amount of Carolina-Style Barbeque Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces to all sides as a binder.
Season with Lone Star Carnivore All-Purpose Rub by Miners Mix and Kansas Sweety Brown Sugar BBQ Rub by Miners Mix. Do not season the bone side.
Place the ribs on your smoker, bone side down, and smoke for 3 hours.
Prepare the mop sauce: Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar to 2 Tbsp of Carolina-Style Barbeque Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces, 2 Tbsp Honey Barbeque Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces and 1 cup of water.
Increase smoker temperature to 250 °F. Smoke for an additional 2 hours.
Lightly mop every 30 minutes.
Rest, slice, and serve.
