Ingredients

Cilantro Lime Rice

2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy
3 cups White Rice (medium to long grain)
6 cups Water
1 Tbsp Salted Butter
Juice from 2 Limes
1 tsp Lime Zest
1/4 cup Cilantro (minced)

Smoked Black Beans

2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy
2 Tablespoons Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning
3 cans Black Beans (washed and strained)
1/4 cup Parsley & Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Onion (sliced)
1 cup Salsa or Sofrito
Juice from 1 Lime

Directions

Cilantro Lime Rice

Bring 6 cups of water, 1 Tbsp salted butter, and 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy to a boil then add 3 cups white rice.
Reduce heat to low and simmer with a tight lid for 25 minutes.
Fold in lime juice and cilantro.
Garnish with lime zest & Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy.

Smoked Black Beans

Preheat your smoker or grill to 250 °F.
In a cast iron skillet, add 1/4 stick salted butter, 3 cans black beans, 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy, 2 Tbsp Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, 1/4 cup chopped parsley & cilantro, 1/2 sliced onion, 1 cup salsa or sofrito, and Juice from one lime
Place in the smoker and cook uncovered for 2 hours.
Garnish with cilantro, lime slices and Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning.
