Cilantro Lime Rice & Smoked Black Beans

Directions

Cilantro Lime Rice

1. Bring 6 cups of water, 1 Tbsp salted butter, and 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy to a boil then add 3 cups white rice.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer with a tight lid for 25 minutes.
3. Fold in lime juice and cilantro.
4. Garnish with lime zest & Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy.

Smoked Black Beans

1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 250 °F.
2. In a cast iron skillet, add 1/4 stick salted butter, 3 cans black beans, 2 Tbsp Carne Asada Seasoning by The Spice Guy, 2 Tbsp Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning, 1/4 cup chopped parsley & cilantro, 1/2 sliced onion, 1 cup salsa or sofrito, and Juice from one lime
3. Place in the smoker and cook uncovered for 2 hours.
4. Garnish with cilantro, lime slices and Elote Loco Street Corn Blend by PS Seasoning.
