Buttery Brioche Lobster Rolls Recipe

Buttery Brioche Lobster Rolls

Lane’s Signature Rub
3 Lobster Tails
1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter
6 Brioche Rolls
1 Lemon, halved
1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Mayo
Preheat your flat top or grill to medium heat.
Prepare the lobster tails: Deshell the tails with a pair of kitchen scissors. Cut the tails into medallions.
Season the lobster medallions with Triton Greek Spice Rub Blend by Blackbeard Spice Company and Lane’s Signature Rub.
Add a stick of butter and minced garlic to the flattop or in a cast iron skillet. Place the lobster medallions on the flattop and grill for 3 minutes each side and remove from heat.
Grill the brioche rolls until they are golden brown.
In a small bowl add 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, and 2 Tbsp Smokey Horseradish Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces.
Assemble the lobster rolls: Add the sauce to the rolls then load with the lobster medallions. Garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, and lemon slices. Enjoy!
