About the Vendor: Croix Valley's seeds were sewn in a small kitchen in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in 1996 when our family opened a steakhouse and began serving every meal with a side of our homemade steak sauce. FOUR GENERATIONS WITH A PASSION FOR FLAVOR
Founder Harold Hanni was born during the midst of the Great Depression in 1931. To stretch their resources during those times, the Hanni family relied on old world cheese and sausage making skills passed down from Harold's father. When Harold returned from serving in the Korean War, he had a renewed interest in the art of sausage making, which he passed down to his five sons.
Harold’s passion for the craft inspired him to build a homemade smoker from an old chest freezer. On a cold Wisconsin day in 1976, Harold’s homemade chest freezer smoker caught fire and nearly burned the house down. This near disaster inspired Harold to design a safe way for the home sausage maker to smoke sausage. Harold’s pursuit of a safe smoker became a reality with the Model 100, thus forming Pro Smoker 'N Roaster.
Harold's son Ken and his wife Kate formalized the family’s love of sausage making in 1986 by officially incorporating PS Seasoning. Harold was the model for the company’s trademarked mascot. The cartoon icon of Lil' Harry became synonymous with old world flavor and craftsmanship.

PS Seasoning continues to carry on old-world flavors and traditions of the past, while also building on that knowledge to push the boundaries of flavor. Our passion is not only great tasting food, but the moments that are made in the kitchen and at the dinner table.

About the Vendor: Born from competitive grilling and incorporated in 2002, Fat Boy BBQ was created to market rubs used in competition. The skills mastered in these competitions and the knowledge obtained from other barbeque experts lead to the development of our all natural barbeque products.
After traveling much of the United States, we became educated on the benefits of using rubs in grilling and smoking meats to keep them juicy and tender. After using various meat rubs already available on the market, we developed one more suited to our operation. Fueled by the popularity of our rubs the company expanded to include a new concept in barbecue sauces. About the Vendor: The heart of Terrapin Ridge Farms comes from my love of entertaining. I grew up in a family that loved to host parties – our annual Holiday Open House was legendary. My friends loved to hang out at our house and everybody was extra excited when it was Aunt Rosie’s (my mom’s) turn to host the holiday party. She made it look so easy. Her secret was a laid back style and effortless, great-tasting food. The spread looked and tasted like she fussed for days.
I discovered early on I inherited this love of entertaining and ultimately this love is what has drawn me into the world of specialty food. After 10 years in the specialty food industry, I ventured out to buy a small specialty food brand with budding potential. I reached out to a friend of 22 years, and fellow Cleveland native, Brian Coughlin, in July of 2010 and together we purchased the Terrapin Ridge Farms brand. Our brand has grown from a handful of items to over 84 great selling products including savory jams, garnishing aioli squeezes, mustards, dips, dressings, sauces, and now grill and wing sauces. We have developed a reputation as a truly original, high quality food creator.
