You can pretty much wrap anything in bacon, including pickles! These grilled delights are perfect for game day or any time of year. Thick-cut bacon doesn't work as well for these, so use the thinner slices. These are also tasty dipped in Buffalo sauce.

6 pickle spears @backyardbrine
2 chicken breast (cut into 1/3) or 6 tenders
6 slices bacon (thin cut)
Toothpicks

Carne Asada Seasoning from www.thespiceguyco.com
Chili Lime Aioli from www.terrapinridge.com
Black Magic Buffalo Sauce www.blondebeards.com
Directions
Preheat your grill to 350°F (indirect). This can also be done in the oven or air fryer – times will vary.
Pat pickles dry with a paper towel. Place 1 strip of chicken onto each pickle and season with the seasonings listed above. Wrap with a strip of bacon, securing with toothpicks.
Cook for about 45 minutes. When the bacon is cooked and the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165° F, you’re ready drizzle with the aioli.
Add a side of the Buffalo sauce and enjoy!
