Ingredients
- Hickman’s Divine Swine Pork Rub
- Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 slice Bacon (per pork chop)
- ¾ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ cup Beer
- Toothpicks
Directions
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, distilled white vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add beer to BBQ sauce mixture.
- Wrap bacon around chops and secure with a toothpick.
Using olive or vegetable oil as a binder, lightly season pork chops with Hickman’s Divine Swine Pork Rub.
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Place chops over direct heat and brush with BBQ sauce mixture.
- Flip and repeat.
Cook until 145 - 165° F internally. Enjoy!
