    LOVE these Cameron Smoker Bags

These smoker bags are really great, especially for indoor in-oven smoking of ribs or chicken or fish

Yes, we do have a traditional Smoker and a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ (all of which we use to smoke cheeses or meats or fish using a smoker tube and/or smoker box -- all well and good for summer into fall.

BUT, if you live in cold country like we do (in North Idaho about 70 miles from the Canadian border) it's just a bit daunting when you're craving smoky ribs in January and look out on the deck to see 2 feet of snow. Yes, I have done that before, trudging out in my snow boots, uncovering the layers of knotted plastic patio covers on the aforementioned items, trying to light a smoker tube and charcoal grill with frozen fingers.... but, sometimes, discretion really is the better part of valor. These Cameron smoker bags are so quick and easy to use in the oven, and they impart a good, fairly-strong, smoky flavor to ribs -- year-round! The hubby says he likes the tenderizing quality they provide for ribs. I really like the easy clean-up -- just wrap up the foil and dispose of the whole mess. Saves time and (lots of MY effort.) I can see these would also be great for the campfire. Recommended by an overworked wife! Elizabeth
