Flat Top Breakfast Tool Bun-Size 3.75" Rounds Set of 2 • Non-Stick

Flat Top Egg Rings, Non-Stick, Bun-Size 3.75" (Set of 2)

Diner-style round eggs, straight off your flat top. Set a ring on the oiled griddle, crack an egg inside, and you get a clean 3.75 inch round that lands on an English muffin or burger bun without ragged whites hanging off the edges. No runaway eggs spreading across the steel, no trimming with the spatula, and two rings means two sandwiches come off the griddle together.

Each ring is non-stick coated carbon steel with a stay-cool handle that folds down flat. Lift the ring away once the whites set, slide your spatula under a perfectly shaped egg, and stack it. The PFOA- and BPA-free coating releases eggs, pancake batter, and hash browns with just a light coat of oil.

If you run a Blackstone or any other flat top for weekend breakfast, this is the small tool that makes the whole plate look like it came from a short-order line: round eggs, round pancakes, and sandwiches that stack straight.

  • ✅ Bun-size 3.75" rounds sized for breakfast sandwiches and burger toppers
  • ✅ Non-stick coated carbon steel releases eggs clean
  • ✅ Stay-cool handles lift the ring off the griddle and fold flat for storage
  • ✅ PFOA- and BPA-free coating that cooks with less oil
  • ✅ Heat-safe to 430°F, right in the egg zone on a flat top
  • ✅ Set of 2 so sandwiches come off the griddle at the same time

How It Works

Flat Top Ready

Round Eggs Without The Runaway Whites

A flat top has no pan walls, so a cracked egg spreads wherever the steel lets it. The ring gives it a wall. The white sets inside a clean circle, the yolk stays centered, and the finished egg matches the bun it is headed for.

  • 3.75" diameter lines up with English muffins and standard burger buns
  • Carbon steel sits flat on the griddle for even contact
  • Non-stick interior lets the ring lift away without tearing the egg
  • Works the same on a griddle, cast iron skillet, or fry pan

Flat Top Heat Guide

Heat-Safe to 430°F

Cook Eggs In Your Low Zone

The rings are rated to 430°F, and a flat top running on high can climb well past that. Eggs cook better at moderate heat anyway, so set up a cooler zone for the rings and keep the hot side for smash burgers, bacon, and hash browns.

  • Run the egg zone on medium-low to medium
  • If you use an infrared thermometer, around 300°F to 350°F works well for eggs
  • Keep the rings off the side you are using for searing
  • Do not leave empty rings sitting on a burner turned up high

How to Use

Technique

Oil, Heat, Crack, Lift

Oil is the key step. Give both the griddle and the inside of each ring a good coat so the egg releases clean and the ring lifts away without a fight.

  • Oil the griddle surface and the inside wall of each ring
  • Set the rings in your egg zone and let them heat for a minute
  • Crack one egg into each ring, or spoon in pancake batter
  • For set tops, add a splash of water on the griddle beside the rings and cover with a basting dome
  • Once the whites are set, lift the ring away by its handle, then slide your spatula under the egg
  • Flip for over-medium, or break the yolk early for a sandwich-style egg that will not drip

Why You'll Love It

  • Breakfast sandwiches that stack straight and look like they came from a diner
  • Uniform eggs and pancakes, so every plate comes off the griddle matching
  • Less oil needed thanks to the non-stick coating
  • Folding handles store flat in the drawer with your griddle tools
  • An easy way to get the kids involved in griddle breakfast
  • Small price for a big upgrade to weekend breakfast on the flat top

Amazing On

Breakfast sandwiches, egg and cheese English muffins, bacon egg and cheese biscuits, burger toppers, eggs benedict, round pancakes, hash brown rounds, and breakfast sliders.

Care

Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Dry fully before storing, and avoid scraping the inside of the rings with metal tools to protect the non-stick coating.
