How to Use:
Place wood chips inside the smoker box.
Use a butane torch to light one side of the wood chips until they begin to smolder (alternatively, you can place a firestarter on one side of the box, although this may create too long of a flame, you'll have to experiment).
Using heat-resistant grilling gloves, close the lid and place over direct heat to keep the embers burning (if using a charcoal grill, you can place directly on the coals; for gas grills, place directly over the flame of the hottest burner).
Place on your grill to infuse added smoke flavor.
Chips will last approximately an hour, after that, add additional chips to extend smoking time!
