Our team takes the time to research, taste test, and vet every supplier and product we feature. If the product isn’t up to our standards, it simply won’t be in the box!

Every month is different!

Your gift recipient's first box ships within 72 hours. Subsequent boxes will ship on or around the 9th or 23rd of the following delivery period, depending which delivery frequency you select (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).

Subscription orders placed between the 1st to 15th of each month get placed in the batch that ships on the 9th; subscription orders received from the 16th – 31st of each month get placed in the batch that ships on the 23rd.

Boxes arrive at their destination 3-8 days after the tracking number was generated, usually sooner. Please note that boxes ship from our fulfillment center in Texas.

Once your box has been packed and assigned a shipping label, you’ll be notified via email when it ships. This will include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Purpose of the Gift Notification Card

The Gift Notification Card allows you to notify the gift recipient of their Grill Masters Club subscription ahead of the receiving their first box in the mail (the first box of your gift subscription ships within 72 hours).

If you purchase a gift subscription through GrillMastersClub.com, you (the gift giver) are in charge of advising the gift recipient of your gift!

If you don't, boxes will be delivered to them without any information as to who gifted the subscription.

Example

It's Christmas Eve and you need a gift for the grill-lover in your life, so you purchase a Grill Masters Club subscription (awesome idea). Because it's 12/24, the first box of their subscription will ship within 72 hours, and you need something to wrap and give to your recipient the next day (on Christmas).

That's where the Gift Notification Card comes in -- you can print the card so they have something to open on Christmas, ahead of their first box arriving in January.
